Q: Do you offer a military discount?

A: Yes! We offer a discount on labor charges for our military and first responders as well as members of the Redding Chamber of Commerce. Please let us know so that we can adjust your estimate or invoice. 

Q: Do you do project estimates, or work at an hourly rate? 

A: We work with our customer's needs by offering either estimates or hourly rates depending on the size and nature of the project. Generally, if we are completing your project beginning to end we will provide an estimate. However, many of our customer utilize us for a portion of their DIY project and we are happy to accommodate with an hourly rate. 

Q: What is the charge for an estimate? 

 A: We provide free estimates for any location within 25 miles of Palo Cedro, CA. Anything outside of this area comes with a small charge that can be credited toward your invoice if you choose to move forward with us. 

Q:Which form of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and check are our standard form of payment. Please ask about options for using a credit card. 

Q: Are you licensed?

A: Yes, we are licensed by the California Contractor's State License Board. We are bonded, insured, and always have worker's compensation insurance for all employees.
